Copper shower tray with no joins nor welds - a completely waterproof solution
Product Number #201
This innovative and quality shower tray product is made in Australia to the exact size of your proposed or existing walk-in shower area. Unlike other shower trays that use other materials or by applying a membrane, the use of this amazing 'joint free' folded copper shower tray, when properly installed, eliminates the potential problem of leaking showers caused by inevitable building movement.
A leaking shower that allows water to flow onto the floor and into the walls of neighbouring rooms can cause unsightly staining, odour, mould, rotting carpet, rotting timber or costly structural damage.
Unlike other materials that may crack due to the inevitable movement of the building, this "all in one" shower tray stays intact, as it is manufactured in one piece. Being made of copper, it has an enormous life span and provided it is properly installed, it is guaranteed 15 years. The shower tray complies with Australian Standard AS 3740-2004

Shower steam and Toilet odours, out they go!!
Product Number #208
Toilet odours, disguise or directly extract out? Fragrant toilet water or spray cans merely disguise the problem.
This clever system extracts the odour directly from the toilet bowl and ducts it usually through the back wall and a ceiling space to the outside, using a quiet, electric fan. The product has been certified to comply with BCA 96 standard, and the manufacturer claims it has been tested by Standards Australia, CSIRO and BRANZ.
The fan can be triggered in one of three ways, connecting it to the light switch, a separate fan switch or by a movement detector.
It comes in a kit form, with three standard kit options. Toilet alone, shower alone or combined toilet and shower. Other special combinations are available.

Product Number #412
Introduce filtered water into your kitchen through one ‘mixer’ tap!
This brilliant and innovatively designed kitchen mixer tap, incorporates a second tap and water outlet, to deliver filtered water from an under the sink ‘two cartridge’ filter system. Generate electricity for your home from the sun!!
Product Number #345
You can generate electricity for your needs, use it directly or add it to the electricity grid, and receive "credits" on your electricity bill, by installing Photo Voltaic (PV) collectors on your roof or elsewhere.
PV collectors convert sunshine into electricity. An inverter converts the DC solar generated current into AC electricity. If the majority of households in the world installed PV collectors, we would significantly reduce the demands on coal and nuclear generated electricity.
Coal generated electricity add substantial quantities of green house gasses to the Earth's atmosphere, reducing the protective layer resulting in the Earth heating up ... disaster for the generations to follow us. Nuclear power brings with it the problems of "safely" disposing of radio-active nuclear waste and nuclear bi-products for war purposes. (Iran, North Korea, etc joining nuclear users).
The abundant sunshine here, in most places in Australia, is ideal for this technology. Collectively, as individuals, we can make a BIG difference!!
Additionally, use of PV collectors helps to meet BASIX building regulations. It can add value to your home or business. There are some government subsidies also available.

New versatile, quality, lightweight concrete wall panels
Product Number #360
A Western Australian developed technology, now being manufactured and distributed in the eastern states of Australia and overseas, these lightweight panels have a core of Portland cement and expanded polystyrene bead aggregate, which is sandwiched between two fibre cement sheet internal and external facings, resulting in consistently smooth panel surfaces.
The panels are ideal for walls, roofing flooring in total petitions including fire rated partitions, prefabricated or relocatable buildings, facia panels and sunscreens.
The manufacturer claims they can be used as a load bearing walls in single and two-storey buildings. For higher structures special engineering factors need to be considered.
Being of modular design, the erection of building components is very quick gaining significant time advantages in the construction phase and using less trades, thus saving time and money. The panels are tongue and groove jointed and simply slide between top and bottom steel or aluminium sections, thus locking them together. The panel edges are recessed to allowing vertical joints to be simply taped, set and sanded flat. The durable outer sheeting withstands knocks, scrapes and rough treatment to which external and internal walls can be subjected.
The panels are strong (for seismic and cyclone prone zones, additional steel strap reinforcing is required), fire resistant, water and termite resistant, have excellent thermal and acoustic insulating qualities and thin (50 or 75mm) delivering extra usable floorspace.

Acrylic cladding claims effective insulation
Product Number #196
This multi-component, lightweight exterior cladding system uses polystyrene sheets and fibreglass mesh and is designed to provide for maximum impact resistance for new homes, upper stories and renovation projects. It can only be applied by approved contractors.
The polystyrene sheets are fixed to exterior framing, or bonded directly to concrete or masonry surfaces. The surface is then coated with an acrylic modified cement-based plaster, reinforced with a strong fiberglass woven mesh. It is then finished with two coats of 100% of the maker's recommended acrylic paint. When applied, the product must be separated from chimneys, heating appliances and flues.
The makers report the product has undergone rigorous testing and complies with Australian building practices, and when installed, applied and maintained according to the specification as stated by the company, it will meet the relevant provisions of Australian Standards.
The company says the system reduces the developer or builder's cost to insulate the building, offering low air filtration because of the product's unbroken layers as its makers claim a 2.2R insulation rating from 40mm, 50mm or 75mm specified uses.
It weighs approximately 7kg a square metre, thereby reducing the structural support required. This product is recommended for residential buildings, lightweight upper storey additions, and renovations of fibro, brick or weatherboard homes to create a contemporary dwelling.
In older dwellings, the makers recommend the product's surface gets rasped and filled to ensure the new surface is completely flat and level before application and, because of its light weight, the product is suited to pole structures or areas with poor quality soils and foundations.

Drawing boards allow creating perfect "perspective" illustrations
Product Number #PDB
Invented, made and available in Australia, these clever two-dimensional drawing boards, when used with the supplied tracking rule and ellipse template, create a "perspective" illustration. They are simple to use and master for either children or adults.
It is ideal tool and a time saver for designers, with the added benefit of being portable as it is easy to carry in its own durable carrying case, using the handle or shoulder strap.
The boards are made of hard wearing, Melamine covered MDF with PVC edging and are available in two versions: Bird's-Eye-View Perspective Drawing Board - designed for drawing objects smaller than us, and the Eye-Level Perspective Drawing Board - designed for drawing interiors & exteriors. Both versions come in two sizes: STANDARD (for A4 paper) and LARGE (for A3 and A4 paper). Read more on perspective drawing boards.
Each package, apart from a board itself, also includes a sturdy light-weight carrying case, tracking rule and an ellipse template. The Perspective Board also comes with the exercise book, that helps to build your confidence using the board.
To draw a "perspective" to scale, you can also purchase the Draw-to-scale CD software, that calculates the required length of the lines to be drawn for both versions of the board.
