<title>The Bathroom + Kitchen air extraction 'through the roof' solution</title>
				<link>http://www.buildingcentre.com/smartproducts/bath_and_kitchen_vent_solution.php</link>
<description>The combination of a new 'venting' tile made of galvanised steel, in the shape of a concrete tile, combined with a PVC adapter to which 125mm flexible ducting can be easily connected, directly expels kitchen and bathroom ventilation systems to the outside through your roof ! Directly dumping expelled air from kitchens and bathrooms systems into your roof, is now illegal under the Building Code of Australia. It has always been an unhygienic practice, as apart from spreading grease and cooking fumes and from the kitchen into your roof space, plus when moist steamy air from the bathroom is also dumped there, pests and termites are encouraged to live and reproduce in such an environment.
There are traditional ways of expelling the air through visible stacks and turrets, but as this new tile takes the place of one existing concrete tile per extraction system, they cannot be seen from the outside, and do not stick out like a 'sore thumb'. This 'invisible' solution is ideal for new homes and are easily installed in existing homes, or when carrying out a renovation of your kitchen, bathroom or home, as it is simply a matter of replacing one concrete tile per ventilation system.
